These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProKart Setup application ("the App"), operated by Tamsing Motorsports ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
ProKart Setup is a kart racing setup and session management tool. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to record kart setups, manage race calendars, and track tire usage.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App including setup sheets, kart profiles, calendar events, and tire records. We store this data on your behalf using Google Firebase and do not claim any ownership over it.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise ProKart Setup to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through the App settings or through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Setup data and recommendations in the App are for reference only — always verify safety-critical settings independently before racing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamsing Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
ProKart Setup provides setup guidance and reference data for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your kart is safe to race. Always have safety-critical components checked by a qualified mechanic. We accept no liability for any incidents arising from the use of setup data provided by the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
